Whether it’s a new installation, the optimization of existing systems, maintenance, or repairs — our customer service team does everything possible to minimize downtime and delays in your operations. Ensuring seamless processes at your facilities and your satisfaction are always our top priorities.
Our customers frequently ask for support when parts from larger spare parts orders are to be installed on site. With our current anniversary promotion, we’re happy to meet this need.
For the order of your spare parts between 01 July and 31 August 2025, you’ll receive a voucher for free service technician days — depending on the value of your order (up to a maximum of 8 working hours per day):
- from €10,000 goods value = 1 service technician day
- from €30,000 goods value = 2 service technician days
- from €60,000 goods value = 3 service technician days
The path to your service voucher is simple:
- Place your spare parts order during the promotional period — either in our webshop or using your usual ordering method.
- Provide the promotion code “JUBILÄUM2025” with your order.
- We will send you your exclusive service voucher together with the order confirmation.
