Dr. Reinhold Festge and Walter Haver were appointed as personally liable Managing Partners on August 25, the day the company was founded.
Dr. Reinhold Festge succeeded his father-in-law Rudolf Haver as Managing Director of the Machinery Division. On reaching is 75th birthday on May 12, 1992, Rudolf Haver retired from Management in line with the company contract.
His partner Eitel-Fritz Haver, Managing Director of Wire Weaving, paid tribute to Rudolf Haver’s achievements: “He worked for the company for 47 years and always had an excellent understanding of how to motivate employees for new tasks and lead them to top performance. I’m happy and grateful for the work we’ve been able to do together for more than 40 years. We complemented each other perfectly and together we’ve contributed to making the company a world leader in its fields. Rudolf Haver has always known how to set big goals – demonstrating bold visions and not shying away from risk. He succeeded in opening doors that paved the way to new shores for the Machinery Division and the entire company.”
