MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S
Revolution in filtration
Where conventional filter cloths have reached their limits, MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S opens up new dimensions in filtration. A new weaving technology developed by Haver & Boecker creates a three-dimensional pore geometry, that offers filtration properties that have not yet been attainable with all previous woven metal filter media. Industrial filtration processes thus become faster, safer and more efficient.
Excellent: cut-point and longevity
The pore sizes of the MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S filter cloths can be precisely calculated in advance and adjusted to the respective requirement. With these precision pores, an excellent cut-point and dimensional stability can be achieved.
The depth structure of MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S favours high separation efficiency without blocking quickly. This leads to longer filtration processes between cleaning intervals and to longer filter service lives. Filtration processes are efficient, safe and stable with a long service life of the filter elements.
High performance: Twice the flow at the same pore size
Standard filter cloths with small pore sizes lead to reduced flow rates and significant pressure loss in the production process. Due to the new three-dimensional cloth structure, the open surface of MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S filter cloth is significantly increased in the same space. For a given pore size, the flow rate can thus be more than doubled compared to conventional woven metal filter. In addition, the flow conditions are optimised and turbulences around the filter fabric are effectively avoided.
Optimal: Dirt holding and purging properties
The depth structure of MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S favours high separation efficiency without rapid blinding. This leads to longer filtration processes between cleaning intervals and to longer filter service life. The dirt holding capacity and cleaning characteristics have proven to be excellent.
- Efficient, safe and stable filtration
- Long service life of the filter elements
It is the wire that makes it: Corrosion- and temperature-resistant special materials
MINIMESH® RPD HIFLO-S metal filter cloth can be made using relatively strongf wires. On the one hand, this has a positive effect on costs. On the other hand, in addition to the standard stainless steel alloys, even in the small por range, special materials con now be successfully woven, which previously had not been possible, such as:
