Clever screening
FLEX-MAT® vibrating wire screens are made from our special High Carbon OptimumWire® or from stainless steel. The distinctive green PU strips fix the horizontally crimped wires, allowing them to vibrate independently at high frequencies and accelerate material stratification. For optimal performance the PU strips are applied to sit on the bar-rails of your machine.
FLEX-MAT® vibrating wire screens can be used on side- and end-tensioned screening machines as well as on all standard modular decks.
