AMICUS® – THERE IS NO BETTER FRIEND

The AMICUS^® Advanced Robot Family includes the DEPAL Edition and the PAL Edition, both of which can be seamlessly integrated into an existing packing line for full line automation. The AMICUS^® DEPAL efficiently depalletizes bags and places them on an automatic bag applicator at the beginning of the packing line. The unique end of arm tool (EOAT) and camera system of the DEPAL allow precise and accurate gripping of unstrapped empty bag bundles. The PAL palletizes bags, boxes, drums, pails or other containers onto a pallet after filling or packing.

Both AMICUS^® robots are equipped with the FANUC Dual Check Safety (DCS), ensuring safe interaction between the operator and the robot. The HMI can be adapted to account for the size and shape of pallets based on country-specific standards. Implementing AMICUS^® robots improves efficiency and provides more work capacity by creating a stable, reliable and safe packing cycle.
