We have already developed tried and tested mountingd for the following scenarios:
Architectural wire mesh is made up in different ways according to your requirements. Thus, the sides of an element can be bevelled by 90° or folded over by 180°. To eliminate the risk of injury to the mesh fabrics in accessible areas, it is also possible to enclose the wire mesh using edge protection profiles.
As an alternative to a conventional clevis screw, we have developed a special eyebolt for tensioned wire mesh . With this fixing, the tensioning bolt is attached to the back of the flat tension profile so that only the head of the countersunk bolt remains visible.
Advantage of this fastening solution:
- Individual adjustment of the thread bolt
- Connection to the clamping edge becomes "invisible”
- The distance between the flat tension profile and the substructure can be decisively minimised compared to the conventional clevis screw
Wire mesh elements with slotted profiles are suitable for interior projects where high tensioning forces are not required. With this fastening, the wire mesh is folded over by 45° and incorporated into the slotted profile. Depending on the wire mesh specification, the slotted profile is welded to the architectural wire mesh for additional security.
With additional eyebolts, wire mesh elements with slotted profiles can be easily clamped into an existing substructure.
